Changing seasons... #There'sMore

Traveling on a good sunny day from Toronto to Montreal for more than 5 hours together with my sister who recently visited me all the way from Alberta, I silently spoke to myself...

There is a time for everything! But wait there's more...

Quoted from the bible, in Ecclesiastes 3:1, "For everything, there is a season."

God's sovereignty encompasses past, present, and future, for nothing happens outside of His knowledge and control that He does not cause or allow for His own purposes according to His will.

Journeying alone in this season would certainly be difficult and challenging.

The life that was set before an International Student like me is far beyond compare in getting everything set under your control. The changes of the season from winter to spring to summer then fall... it is all worth it if you know that God is in control.

Knowing how to track how far you still need to take further steps to reach your goal of having a new life here in Canada, you might be dismayed, discouraged, and fearful. You would tend to think more of the worries that the quick phase of life here is bringing you. You surely would feel anxious about what tomorrow will come in front of you.

But fear not, because one thing that I assure you, the change of season is a time to reflect on God's promises to us.

We are sent here for a purpose and for sure we will all finish a good race.

As we start to turn a new leaf to another semester, Spring and Summer are a great reminder to every one of God's faithfulness.

As you and I journey together, bring forth the spirit of HOPE that we take a big leap of faith in ourselves, believing that in the next coming days ...there is always a brighter day ahead of us.

Cheers to those who have made it already, Congratulations and good luck to the next chapter or season of building a new career in Canada.

Keep it up and carry on to those fellow International Students like me who need more intense encouragement and self-motivation to press on.

Four more months and we will be there too. Our goals and dreams are quite clearer and getting better.

There are always more opportunities to come, take a big leap of faith, and move on.

In changing seasons, just keep going on.
